Since 2013, Aurora has focused on delivering efficiently designed, contemporary residential and commercial environments, including HThree, Hyati Residence, Hyati Avenue, The 7, and Lyra. To date, Aurora has successfully delivered over 1,032,399 sq. ft. of residential developments across five distinctive projects. ECC Fit-Out is a bespoke UAE-based construction and fit-out company with Dubai Municipality approval to execute high-rise (G+Unlimited) and mid-rise (G+12) developments. With over a decade of experience, the company ensures a seamless client journey across all stages of the project lifecycle. Combining design expertise with strong in-house capabilities, ECC Fit-Out specializes in Design & Build projects—either collaborating with leading designers or delivering fully end-to-end solutions.
To date, ECC Fit-Out has successfully delivered 914,281 sq. ft. across 225 projects including the Amazon Warehouse, Dusit Residences, the award-winning Hyati Residence, Mall of the Emirates, and a collection of luxurious villas, including Villa Y3, which achieved the highest price per square foot in Dubai in 2025. Residential developments account for 443,281 sq. ft. across 165 projects, valued at over AED 340 million, while commercial and industrial projects comprise 471,000 sq. ft. across 60 projects, valued at over AED 60 million.

DesertBoard manufactures Palm Strand Board (PSB®), the region’s most sustainable building material, made from upcycled date palm fronds. Operating from a 55,000 sqm facility, DesertBoard supplies PSB® to leading developers, including Aldar Properties, Emaar, and Select Group, as well as world-renowned architects and consultants such as Khatib & Alami, AtkinsRéalis, Mace, Foster + Partners, East Architecture Studio, Edge Architects, and Sumaya Dabbagh. The facility has an annual production capacity equivalent to 5,200 containers, capable of fitting out more than 200 Burj Khalifa towers. This ensures a consistent and scalable supply of PSB® wooden boards for large-scale construction, interior fit-outs, events & exhibitions, and landscape projects. Operating with a strong environmental focus, each cubic meter of PSB® further sequesters 1,430 kg of biogenic carbon, reinforcing its position as a carbon-conscious building material.
In addition to its environmental contribution, PSB® delivers advanced performance characteristics, including fire resistance of up to 90 minutes and high structural durability. These properties are validated through multiple local, regional, and global certifications such as UL10C (American Standards), EN1634-P1 (British Standards), BS-476 (British Standards), a globally accredited Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), among a myriad of other certifications from leading organizations

Volta Pods
Volta Pods, a division of ECC Group, specializes in the manufacturing of prefabricated and modular bathroom and kitchen pods within a fully integrated in-house facility spanning 4,050 sqm. The company produces fully finished turnkey units with MEP integration, fixtures, and high-quality finishes, all manufactured in a controlled factory environment.
The facility is supported by automated Light Gauge Steel (LGS) fabrication systems, precision roll-forming, and integrated digital tracking processes, ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and full traceability across every stage of production.
This approach has already enabled the successful manufacture and installation of 653 pods across key projects of ECC Contracting, including Peninsula Plot B & Z, Creek Beach Phases 4 & 5, and Bridge District Arlo & Address Residences, with an additional 215 pods currently under development for Bridge District. By integrating prefabrication and modular construction methods, ECC Contracting achieves up to 40–50% faster project delivery compared to traditional methods, while promoting sustainability through significant reduction in material waste and improved construction efficiency.
